Global demand for paper is steadily increasing, leading to the depletion of valuable wood resources in the tropics to meet the demand for pure pulp. In Indonesia, for example, rainforests the size of Switzerland are cleared every year. Long transport routes and chemical processing further burden the climate.

In contrast, the natural raw material grass impresses with its local availability, environmentally friendly processing, and versatile applications. Therefore, the grass printing company is the first printing company in Germany to use hay grown around Stuttgart as the base material for its grass paper products.

We don't want to stop at sustainability alone. That's why our grass printing company uses inks and adhesives completely free of animal-derived ingredients for its grass paper products. Furthermore, the electricity for its production facilities is sourced entirely from renewable energy. This allows us to print in a completely eco-friendly way, without any animal suffering.

Grass printing uses exclusively vegan materials for printing. This environmentally friendly printing company offers offset and digital printing for optimal results – naturally without pigments or binders of animal origin. And of course, only casein- and gelatin-free adhesives are used.
