Material: Yew
Diameter: approx. 4.5 cm
The shape is round to oval and, depending on the natural growth of the branch, not perfectly symmetrical.

Suspension: robust parachute cord (Made in Germany) with sliding knot.
The practical sliding knot can be adjusted to any desired size.

This yew wood amulet can be used as a fragrance amulet.
Drizzle on a natural essential oil and enjoy the fragrance that is stored by the wood and slowly released.

The yew tree is poisonous in all its parts, so you should definitely not consume the pendant.
For the Germanic peoples, the yew rune Eiwaz (also Ihwaz/ Ywaz) was the strongest protective rune; the tree was attributed with great healing power.
The yew tree is said to promote spirituality and protect against external threats, both mentally and emotionally. It is believed to make it easier to deal with emotions such as joy, sadness, anger, fear, and disappointment.

The elements
Many cultures speak of four or five elements from which everything in the universe is made. In Indian and Western traditions, these are earth, water, fire, air, and ether. When these are in balance, we feel healthy, balanced, and well. You are then centered. Naturally, every amulet contains all the elements in a holistic sense. The tree from which the branch disc comes is deeply rooted in the earth. For its growth, it needed water and the spark (fire) of life. Its branches danced in the wind for years and strive towards the heavens (air). Life itself, being itself, is ether.
The manufacturing process consciously incorporates all the elements once again. The idea for its creation is fire, the devotion involved in painting is water, the movement of the brush is air, and the paint and oil bring the earth. With the blessing of each amulet, the center, the ether, flows in.
