This book helps children develop an awareness of inappropriate behavior. It enables them to learn to distinguish between feelings of "yes" and "no" and to trust their own feelings.
Because: Strong and independent children who have learned to say "NO!" or "GET YOUR FINS OFF!" are less likely to become victims of violence.
This picture and coloring book can help children internalize the idea that their body belongs only to them and that they are allowed and encouraged to protect themselves from boundary violations.
